3.3 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertising to you on third-party platforms, measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and build audiences for remarketing purposes. They may track your activity across other websites.

Tool: Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.)

• Purpose: to track conversions from Rookia-related ads on Facebook and Instagram, build custom audiences, and optimize ad delivery;
• Data collected: page views, specific actions taken on the Platform (e.g., event registration), device identifiers;
• Data transfer: Meta may transfer data to the United States. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;

Tool: Google Ads / Remarketing (provided by Google LLC)

• Purpose: to serve targeted advertisements to users who have previously visited the Platform and to measure ad campaign performance;
• Data collected: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser identifiers, approximate location;
• Data transfer: Google LLC may transfer data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;
• Opt-out: you can opt out via https://adssettings.google.com or through our consent management tool.

3.4 Preference / Functional Cookies

Rookia is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services beyond our use of their tools as described in this policy.

Where such transfers occur, they are governed by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
